Corporate is out of control and the only ones affected are the workers and customers.This image shows states and provinces that experienced power outages. Not shorting the employees, creating unreachable goals, penalize the store for asset protection, or saying that its ok because this happens at other stores. Corporate needs to focus on building the employees, that will create the business to grow. The people who work for this company need to start a union!!! The stores are great and don't need anymore changing. It hurts the employees, it hurts the customers and corporate still gets its money. So instead of caring about its employees and customers, it raises prices, cuts hours and shorts the stock in the stores. Which any good business knows that if you care about the empl oyees, they will care about the customer. Advance auto has lost so much business because corporate doesn't care about its employees. Or corporate is always doing dumb things that make zero logical sense. The only issue this store has is with corporate not listening. I only give it three stars because of corporate. The Nottingham Way store knows what they are doing. Out of all the Advance Autos in this area, Ewing, South Broad and East Windsor.
